I'm Going Back...

Well, After thinking it over...I'm gonna go back to work. Just 2 nights a week, and some Saturday mornings. Not only can I use the extra cash, but I need some adult time!! It's gonna be good though, for My mom & for Aaron to have some alone time with Macy. I'll be dropping Macy off at my Mom's or she'll come over untill Aaron gets home, then he'll have her until I get home! In a way I'm excited, but it also kinda breaks my heart to have to leave Macy. I know it'll be ok!! Wish me luck, I start back the week after next!! Yea ME!!

Christmas is OVER?!?

WOW!! I can not believe that this holiday has come & gone already!! I feel so old!! I guess now that I'm the mom, and Macy is the "kid", it makes me feel all grown up!! This past weekend was so nice! It was great to spend time with both our families! And it was nice to spend quality time as a FAMILY ourselves!! I am so blessed!! Aaron & I didn't exchange gifts, but I did get him something from Macy! I told him not to get me anything, because I tend to buy myself things all the time!! He's the one that deserves the gifts anyway!! It was nice though, to spend that extra $$ on Macy!! She got sooooo many Toys & Books, & Baby Einstein DVD's!! It's unreal!! What a spoiled little girl!! I'm looking for a white toy box, so if anyone sees one, let me know!!

My Mom, Macy & I went shopping today! Crazy, you say?? YES!! People are ruthless, and RUDE!! Especially when you have a 2 month old baby in a stroller, it seems like that makes them more rude!! Jerks!! We had fun though! I got tons of paper and bags for next year!! COOL!!
Well, Lori & Mike are still here until the 3rd of January!! They are spending a lot of time with his Family though, because he's leaving for Iraq next month! Yikes!!
Aaron & I have yet to make plans for New Years!! We can't decide if we wanna go out?!? My Mom & I are going to see Trans Siberian Orchastra tomorrow night!! Im super excited!! That was part of my Chrismas gift from her!! I really wanted to go!! Their music is so awesome! Some may think Im nerdy, but I really love it!! hehehe!!

Count Your Blessings...

The other day, I was having a bad, or CRABBY day...so to speak. And I was bitching at my mom about it, and of course, being a Mom...she gave me a guilt story about a lady who was in a BAD car accident...which is totally irrelevant to this blog, but it really got me to thinking about how lucky I really am to have all that I do. I guess in reality, I could be living at home still, driving the '91 Ford Probe my Dad bought me back when I got my license, and working 40 hours a week! But, Aaron really has given me an amazing life, and I am so blessed that I do not have to work, and I get to stay home with our daughter. So, With this said, I am making a list of what I am truly thankful for this Holiday season!

~My Amazing Husband, Aaron, who I love with my whole heart, and has given me so much.
~My Beautiful Daughter, Macy. Who fills our hearts with joy everyday & has made my entire life complete!
~My Mom & Dad. I wouldn't be ME without them, and they have given me so much!
~My Grandma K. What a blessing it is to have her in our lives still. She fills all our hearts with love!!
~My In-Laws. WOW, I'm pretty lucky!
~My Sister, Lori. My best friend and stand up comedian!
~My sister's husband, Mike. For serving our country & being such a strong person!!
~My brother, Kris & his wife Tina. For being so understanding & FUN!!
~Baby Kaleb. I didn't know I could love someone like I love him...it's crazy!!
~My Puppies. Ster & PJ. Who I sometimes want to let loose but, I really do LOVE them!!
~My house. How lucky am I to have a BRAND new roof over my head...I'm only 23!!
~My car. Aaron talked me into it, but I love it!!
~All my clothes. Aaron would say it's a problem, and we need a bigger closet, but I love every single thing I own!!
~Christmas. I still can't believe it's here!! I am so blessed to be able to share this holiday with those that I love!

Well, That's all for now! If you know me well, I will probably add some things as time goes on!! I can't think on the spot like this!! Well, Lori would say, I can't think at all!

P.S. I'm really glad that Lori got to come home for this time of year!! I cant even explain how much I missed her and her Witty comments. By the way, I'm shiesty. What ever that means...ask her! I am so glad that she gets to spend some quality time with Macy. It melts my heart to see her with her! Whew! Puts tears in my eyes!! I love her & can't wait till she's home again...and she hasn't even left!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

It's Christmas Time Already...

WOW! I can't believe that Christmas is in 6 days!! It seems like we waited so long for "October" to get here, & Macy of course; and now here we are at Christmas time! Well, What a year it's been!!
First, In January, My Baby sister got MARRIED! sheesh! Then in May, her and Mike, her husband, moved to California! They are both doing GREAT! Until January 26th when Mike leaves for Iraq! We will all be praying for him, as he serves for our country!
Then in February, Aaron & I found out we were having a BABY!! Seems like forever ago, and I still can't believe she's here!! We couldn't wait for May to get here because on May 25th is when we found out Macy was a girl and we could for sure start calling her MACY!!
In August, baby Kaleb was born. I was so pregnant, and so emotional, I was so happy he was finally here!! And he couldn't wait for Macy to get here, so we say!
In September, Aaron & I celebrated our first wedding anniversary, the best we could. Given, I was 9 months pregnant!! Then, FINALLY October came...and we anxiously waited for October 12, which was my actual "due date". Well, October 8th, I went into labor! And Macy was born at 6:17 a.m. on October 9th!
I guess because it's the Holiday season, I get a little emotional! I am just so thankful for everything that I have! A wonderful Husband, a beautiful daughter, and an amazing family! I can not take things for granted!! I am so blessed!!
I could sit and reminise all day! I just hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas & Happy New Year!!

Macy's Baptism

Well, Today Macy was baptized. It was nice. She had a beautiful white dress, of couse!! My sister, Lori & Aaron's sister, Jenny, were Macy's Sponsors. They were honored!! I was a really nice to see all our families there! Some had never seen Macy!! Although they would have for Christmas!! Anyways. Macy didn't even cry when the water was being poured on her head! She basically slept through the whole thing!! That's our GOOD baby for ya!!

But, Besides that, My sister Lori, flew home for the ocassion! She would have been home this coming week anyways for X-mas, but she suprised me, and came home early!! We have been hanging out everyday, like old times!! I didnt realize how much I really truly missed her!! I'll hate to see her go...AGAIN!! She'll be home the first of Feb. after Mike leaves for Iraq!

So, Now that X-mas is like 6 days away...Im freaking out! Does anyone else ever lay awake at night thinking of who you've forgotten to buy for??? I DO! Not to mention I'm up anyway with Macy! I can't wait though, for Macy's 1st Christmas!! It's going to be such a special time with all of our families!! I can't wait!! It's crazy to think Aaron & I are now are REAL family...with Macy of course!! I love that little girl more than I could ever say! Her & Aaron are truly my whole world. It kills me to think of having another baby, to love just as much, but I know eventully, I can!! WOW! If we just sit and reminice on this year, it'd take like 3 hours, and think of what a CRAZY & AWESOME year it's been!! WaHoo!! I could write a whole blog about just that!! Maybe tomorrow! Im pretty sleepy! It's been a long, beautiful day!!

A little bit of my life lately!

Hello Everyone!! Sheesh, I haven't blogged in a long time...again! Everythings about the same! Macy is changing everyday!! She will be 2 months this Saturday!! I can't believe it's been 2 months!!!! Well, tonite we went to dinner for my nephew Anthony's B-day (he's 11), then was his DARE graduation!! It was an all around good time!! We got our Christmas Tree the Sat. after Thanksgiving! Its huge!! It has fallen over twice thank to Aaron's tree skills! I have to give him kudos tho, he cut it down all by him self!! We go to the "farm" in LSL every year! It was like 70 degrees out that day. lol! Yeah, that's aaron wearing shorts in November!! Aaron also put the lights on the house, and since it got so cold, they havent been working. I tell him it's not his fault, but everyday he comes home and insists on getting on the roof to figure out whats wrong!! And me being the wonderful "mom" I am, have to tell him NO. That's the last thing we need is Aaron in a wheelchair! I am just about done! Chrismas shopping!! Yippe!! I got an early start! I dont do much else during the day! O and they are all wrapped!! HAHA!! Be looking for our CUTE christmas cards in the mail!! Macy is getting Baptized Next Sunday the 18th! Were pretty excited...so is she...lol! For those of you who knew Kitty, the cat my sister has had for like 40 years...no like 15 tho...My parents think has died. She was an outdoors cat, and she had a rough summer, plus Lori isnt here to love her! But, Dad was gonna try and keep her in the garage with the heat, but she wanted out! They havent see her the last few days! Boo-Whoo!! Lori will be devistated! But, on a lighter note, The doggies love the snow. PJ is a little hesitant at first, but Ster loves it!! I hate it! I really find no joy in snow! Its just a BIG inconvience to us all!! Well, that's all for now...I gotta get the SLEEP while I can!!

Holy COW!

So for those who don't know...I just had a baby about 6 and a half weeks ago. I was just looking at some pictures from my Baby Shower in September (I was 8 months pregnant) And I seriously look like a COW! But, Then it all came to me...why didn't anyone ever say anything to me about being HUGE? I guess most are afraid to hurt a pregnant girls feelings! And it's not like I could help getting big...but geeze! And truthfully, I only gained 30 pounds. But, I looked like madness!! Arf!

But the good errr...GREAT news is that I am wearing my pre-pregnancy jeans, and they are TO BIG now!! I have lost so much weight (thanks breasfeeding!) . I weigh less now than I ever did before I got pregnant!! FANTASTIC!! The pic of me in Tiff's wedding was 4 weeks postpardom...I look pretty damn good...I think! I wanna go buy new jeans, but Im hoping to keep loosing. Id like to be a size 2 like I was in high school when Aaron and I first met! HAHA...that'll NEVER happen! I would like to be a 6 tho! We'll see!!

PS. There are these new holiday cookies by Keebler...called Merry Mint Patties....they are freakin awesome...i just ate half a box while typing this...I know, I won't get skinney by eating those!! But they are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!
